The training center of the FSBI CNMVL has been occupying a niche among veterinary institutions of the Russian Federation for additional professional education in the field of veterinary medicine for laboratory diagnostics for more than 15 years.
Educational activities are licensed (License series 77L01№ No. 0006152 dated August 15, 2014, and its annexes series 77P01 No. 0006927 dated August 15, 2014), in accordance with Federal Law No. 99-FL: of May 4, 2011 "Concerning Licensing of Certain Types of Activity »Taking into account the features established by Article 91 of the Federal Law dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FL“ On Education in the Russian Federation ”. Regulations on the licensing of educational activities, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2013 No. 966.
The main activity of the Training Center is to improve the qualifications of specialists of veterinary institutions of the Russian Federation taking into account the requirements of the International Legislation and the Customs Union in the following areas:
-diagnosis of infectious and non-contagious diseases of animals, fish and other aquatic organisms;
- control of the quality and safety of products of animal and vegetable origin;
-organization and laboratory researches;
-organization of laboratory work in veterinary medicine, etc.

The veterinary (laboratory) environment is constantly evolving, changing laws, regulatory and methodological documents, introducing new technologies.
The training center, offering high-quality training on individual, group internships, advanced training courses, trainings and round tables, with the development of practical tasks and studies, as well as professional retraining, which helps to confidently keep up with the times.
Current trends in increasing competition in the labor market require profound theoretical and practical knowledge from a specialist. Knowledge obtained earlier in the university and earlier in the centers of excellence, is not enough for successful career growth and professional development, and the specialist and the organization must constantly take care of raising the level of qualification.
One of the most demanded types of training is additional vocational education and professional retraining.

Refresher courses at the Training Center of the FSBI CNMVL - a short-term training format from 16 to 72 hours (ORDER dated July 1, 2013 N 499 ON APPROVAL OF ORDER OF ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS, it will be a real-time training program); veterinary medicine and laboratory diagnostics.
Individual and group internships as one of the types of additional professional education of specialists and are carried out in order to form and consolidate in practice the professional knowledge and skills obtained as a result of theoretical training, in order to study best practices, acquire professional and organizational skills to fulfill the duties of or higher position.
