Services:

1. phytosanitary survey of warehouses, food and wood processing enterprises, nurseries, greenhouses in order to establish the quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine objects. These measures are recommended in order to timely detect the presence of pests (pests of stocks, quarantine objects), prevent their development and further spread.

2. registration of conclusions on the establishment of quarantine phytosanitary status of quarantine products and conclusions on the establishment of quarantine phytosanitary status of quarantine facilities, registration of certificates of quarantine expertise, test reports (studies)

3 Sampling  for:

1) establish the quarantine phytosanitary condition of regulated products, object;

2) testing in the field of quality and safety of grain, its products, cereals, etc;

 The organization of sampling  includes the following steps:

• execution of a paid services agreement
• receipt of the Customer’s application for establishing the quarantine phytosanitary condition of quarantine products, quarantine facilities, applications for testing
• registration of application
• discussion of the date, time and conditions of sampling (samples) from the parties declared by the customer;
• visual study of the lot of regulated products / area (volume) of the regulated object by PHIL specialists, design of the protocol of visual research
•  carrying out sampling  from the declared lot in the presence of the Customer or his representative and drawing up a sample collection report. The number and volume of samples are determined according to ND.
• organization of delivery of samples (samples) for further research / examination

 Department functions:

1. departure and implementation of sampling, according to the existing ND, by qualified specialists

2. communication with the customer, execution of the necessary documents, coordination of the timing and methods of research

3. advising the customer or his representative

4. execution of sampling acts (in the case of sampling by specialists of the Institution), subject to the principles of confidentiality / encryption

5. acceptance of samples  of regulated products, grain and products of its processing entering the laboratory

6. evaluation of the suitability of samples  for research

7. Registration and encryption of samples  received for research in order to maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Customer

8. transfer of samples to research departments

9. control over the movement of samples within the laboratory, control over the timing of the research

10. design and issuance of research results (research protocols (expertise), conclusions on the establishment of quarantine phytosanitary status of quarantine products, conclusions on the establishment of quarantine phytosanitary status of the quarantine facility, evidence of quarantine expertise, test reports)

11. sending research results to Customer (fax, mail, e-mail)

12. Compliance with the principles of impartiality, the preservation and confidentiality of information about the customer and samples 

 In order to ensure a high level of customer service, regular events are held to improve the work of the department, the functioning of the quality management system, in accordance with the requirements for testing laboratories established by Russian and international standards.
