The main activities of the department:

- conducting laboratory tests of samples (samples); laboratory tests in the field of establishing the quality and safety of food products:

Grain food, its products and feed

- physical and chemical studies; toxic elements (cadmium, arsenic, mercury, lead);

- pesticides (DDT and its metabolites, HCH and its isomers, organic mercury pesticides, hexachlorobenzene, 2,4-D acid); benzo (a) pyrene; mycotoxins (aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin, T-2 toxin, fumonisin, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone);

- radionuclides (cesium 137, strontium 90)

- general toxicity in feed;

Food products

The department is equipped with testing equipment, measuring instruments and standard samples, has a collection of regulatory documents sufficient to conduct testing of incoming samples in accordance with the LIL field of activity.

The department deals with the approbation and implementation of new equipment and methods in order to expand the activities of the Department and meet the requirements and wishes of Customers.
