The main activities of the department:

Communication with the Customer or his representative, providing explanatory assistance in the preparation of accompanying documents, agreeing on the timing and methods of research;

Inspection and accounting of accompanying documentation for delivered samples.

Departure and sampling of various types of products, feed and environmental objects, deliver selected samples  to the testing laboratory, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Assessment of the suitability of samples for research.

Registration, depersonalization and encryption of samples  received for research in order to maintain confidentiality of information received from the Customer.

Transferring samples to research departments.

Storage, accounting and disposal of control samples in compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documentation.

Registration and delivery of research results (test reports)

Transfer of research results to the Customer, sending test reports by mail, e-mail.

Compliance with the principles of impartiality, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of information about the Customer and samples .
